Dividend
Dividends represent the payout of part of the Group’s net income, providing a return each year on the investment made by Mersen’s shareholders.
Who receives the dividend?
All shareholders, whether they own registered or bearer stock, receive the dividend proposed at the General Meeting of the shareholders held every year. To receive the dividend, shareholders must simply own stock on the day prior to the ex-dividend date.
Dividend for 2023
At the Annual General Meeting on May 16, 2024, the Board of Directors will ask shareholders to approve the payment of a €1.25 per share cash dividend. The dividend payment has been paid on July 4, 2024.
Dividend for 2022
The shareholders approved the payment of a dividend of €1.25 per share in cash for fiscal year 2022 at the Annual General Meeting held on May 16, 2023. The dividend has been paid on July 6, 2023.
Dividend for 2021
The shareholders approved the payment of a dividend of €1 per share in cash for fiscal year 2021 at the Annual General Meeting held on May 19, 2022. The dividend has been paid on July 7, 2022.
